Cancellation
Order cancellation can only be accepted prior to delivery or shipment of order
and will subject to a 25% processing fee. Cancellation of volume order will
be subject to non-refund.
Substitutions
Due to high demand, occasionally it is necessary for packaging and/or containers
to be substituted. When this occurs the item will be substituted for another
item with equal or greater in value.
